I placed order in nykaa which is supposed to be delivered today by 7 pm. The delivery boy called me to verify my add i rcvd the call and does the same. After 6 pm i called that boy 6 times but he did not rcvd the call and neither called me back but he told me that he will come by 6 pm. I made a prepaid order. I jst want to know what kind of behaviour is this??
