Sir/ Madam
This is to bring to your knowledge that I ordered a cosmetic cream -‘ L’Oreal Paris Age 20+ Skin Perfect Cream UV Filters’ from the online site – NYKAA . The product was used only once and led to swelling on face . It has been more than a week since the first signs of allergy . Since the product was sold on sale I believe there is some defect in the product and therefore it was sold to me at lower price than usual . I would be seriously obliged if you take my request under sheer consideration and take some immediate action. Selling of such products can me harmful to health of all .
I request you to keep a constant check on selling of online products.
