I have purchased Mi Protect insurence oneassist withy MI mobile redmi note 3. When my phone got damage i have claim for insurence. but due to my device off and due to not available invoice of my phone. I have got delay in submitting documents. After completing process. I got mail that your claim is reject. I have write mail/also complain to Mi India as well Oneassist. but they are not given responce… Tyey are cheating custmer by giving such a froud and worth service and insurance /Protection of cellphone… So and so…! So kindly request you to please take action again ond assist as well Mi India for cheating to people of india.
