One Assist boasts that any liquid damage to the mobile phone will be repaired and given if you pay insurance money when you buy a mobile phone (in my case Redmi 3S Prime).
People – if you go for it then you are wasting your money!!!
I did the mistake and the result was – wasting my money and time to go to service centres – attending time wasting calls – 6 weeks of no productive proceedings and delay!
I have still not got my phone back!!!
When I requested a call from insurance company for rejecting the claim – no calls are coming!!
POEPLE – PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS INSURANCE!!!
In my view this is a fraud company fooling people by luring them to buy the insurance for all sorts of mobile damage…
