Hi I ordered shoes from www.opulante.com vide order no. 9510500231-1/2 on 19th May 2017. The price of shoes is INR 9500 and out of same i paid INR 2,500 in advance via paytm on mobile no. +918880150160.

But till now i have not received my order yet. Also since June 10th, the concerned people have been making excuses and delaying it by every week and finally they promised to deliver the same by July 2 2017. But again they are not responding to my status check and not even refunding my money.

I request you to please help me stop this cyber shopping crime and fraud. Also i don’t want anybody else to be in problem because of Opulante.com
