Oyo Rooms
My booking id is W1V23012. I booked Hambire Farmhouse for 1 night and 2 days 18/06/2022 to 19/06/2022 . But when i was 1 hour away from the hotel the owner of the hotel called me and said the farmhouse is fully booked and we don’t take bookings from OYO. So i called OYO right there but they were allotting me with a hotel which was 1 hour away from my destination.
So i decided to stay nearby. But after that for one week am calling your customer support they are not solving my issue and now it has been two months then too i have not received payment and their customer service is so pathetic they keep the call on hold and then it disconnects this has happened with me more than 5 times. They don’t even call back even no reply to my mails.
