I had ordered a lehenga amounting to rs. 1, 999/- on 12/08/2019 from this company on cod basis.
This is the msg received (Delivered: palav pink ampamp must… From ithinklogistics was delivered. Click to give feedback: http://ekrt.in/L1p~w~uuuN) when i inquired them regarding return policy before placing the order, they assured me that the product can be returned, in case it is not up to the mark or not satisfactory. When the lehenga was delivered, the fabric quality was found to be very cheap & design was not according to the one shown in the image selected by me while ordering. Now, i am trying to contact them through instagram, whatsapp, facebook, gmail, calls. No response or revert is there from their side. This is a totally fraud company and they are cheating people like anything. Please take action
