They are merely misleading customers by failing to provide reservations, despite their promises to do so.
I have a lot of issues with Park Royal because they don’t provide, they make up new excuses for every booking.
They assured me that I would be able to provide a booking very easily, but Vishal has not responded in a day. He is currently speaking but is unable to do so because he consistently says that the reservation department will do so.
I will take regal action against Park Royal because I don’t like them.
