Park Royal Holidays – Even after several emails, no booking provided

In 2022, a three-year membership was sold to me. Since October 2022, I’ve been trying to get a reservation, but as of today (March 2023) I still haven’t received one. The reservation team is extremely rude, and the customer service is appalling. There is no way to communicate with any senior or member of the reservations team. I have repeatedly forwarded emails without receiving a reply. They advise me to provide a new set of dates every time I call the contact center. I firmly advise against engaging in any sort of business with this organization. In the open, they are deceiving their clients. I intend to file a lawsuit in consumer court.
