I’ve purchased a membership there. my 12238 membership number. They promised me that they would give me vacations of five nights and six days each time I purchased a membership. And I’ve got a three-year membership. When I purchased my membership, they only offered me one 3-night holiday. And now whenever I ask them for holidays, they always come up with an excuse and say that there is nothing available on your dates.
Please change your dates, and when you did, they repeated what they had said. I requested holidays in February 2023, but they did not grant my request, and now that it is March, I am requesting holidays from March 16 to 18 as well, and they are once again stating the same things. The customer service representative there is unprofessional and doesn’t comprehend your emotions. They merely claim that our inventory is empty. Please assist me in receiving my refund because I have been pursuing this for a long time.
