I paid Rs. 1,44,000 for an international membership in Park Royal Company starting in June 2022, which included a complimentary package to Dubai.
When I didn’t receive that, I canceled my international membership and paid 80000/- for a five-year membership, with the understanding that I would receive a refund of 64000/-, which was supposed to be an advance annual maintenance charge rather than a complete refund.
We haven’t received a book when we ask for one in the last three years.
An email sent on May 15, 2024, suggested a nine-day hotel reservation; however, it stated that only a two-day reservation for March 28, 2024, would be available. I need to receive my remaining nine booking days in full.
because, in accordance with the phone conversation, he has already booked an airline ticket and made other arrangements. Enclosed is a copy of the airline reservation.
Based on the company’s past behavior, it appears that they have betrayed trust and have no intention of doing so again.
It appears that I have lost my money because I am aware that the plan I chose is non-refundable.
I would like to receive my remaining nine days of booking, or I would like to avoid paying an annual maintenance fee for not receiving a booking. Thus, kindly return my Rs. 14,000 refund.
