After eight months of persistence on my part and ten to fifteen options, they have consistently refused my advances, citing inventory full or already booked as justification.
Customer service is useless; they won’t even provide appropriate responses.
If you want your money to be safe, I will ask everyone to not purchase any services from ParkRoyalHolidays.
I’m going to file a lawsuit against them for mental harassment, fraud, and failing to provide the services they promised to provide with the package.
These people have the ability to deceive others and harass innocent people by making false claims and acting foolishly.
