Dear Park Royal Holiday Team, since you are unable to provide any reservation (membership id 12001) for any dates / agreed which was documented by your sales team at time taking membership payment (I have all documentation and call recording available with me where your sales team had agreed to provide me 15 nights booking in one go on those agreed dates only and post which membership was purchased) , as you are unable to deliver what your sales team has committed, you will have to refund me entire membership fee of 53100 INR.
I cant have expected worse experience than this what I have gone through with you all in last 12 days, it was so painful and mental harassment for me. I assume you realize the pain and mental harrasment I am going through and you wont take this lightly. I am requesting you to initiate refund of membership fee as i cant take metal harassment anymore and I don’t expect anymore excuses. If you unable to initiate refund process then i will take my further steps as I will feel suitable however you should realize the pain i had to go through and take this request on a priority bases as a responsible company.
