I agreed to be a member of this company for the ensuing ten years. In Jamnagar, I bought a membership plan on January 24.
They guaranteed to provide a full 6N/7D international package for 2 adults and 2 children (under the age of 12) during the membership process. The welcome letter also made reference to this.
When I made my first booking request in January of this year, the reservation team told me that I would hear back from them the first week of March of that same year.
I was instructed to submit a new request for an international booking after I patiently waited until March.
I submitted a new request in March for the June–August 24 timeframe. In response, the reservation team said they would give me an update during the first week of May.
Once more, I had to wait until May before I got an email informing me that they could only make reservations for 3 nights at hotels abroad.
I called them to let them know that, in accordance with my plan, I have a complete 6N/7D package for 2 adults and 2 kids.
I also said that I could change my dates and destinations, and they could check their inventory to see when I could get the complete 6N/7D package.
They still claim they can only arrange a 3N hotel reservation, though, and they keep sending me similar emails every day.
This is deceptive towards their members and totally unacceptable.
They are also requesting AMC fees, which I am willing to pay in the event that I receive a complete 6N/7D booking confirmation.
The reason they are not always available is inexplicable. This is blatantly fraudulent and dishonest. I have to report the company to the police and in court.
