For the past half year, I have been trying to reach out to these individuals, offering them 8-10 different choices, only to be met with excuses of a full inventory or prior bookings every time. They cannot fulfil the full 6N/7D International Holidays as promised in my package.
The customer service team has been unhelpful, providing inadequate responses.
I strongly advise NOT to purchase any services from Park Royal Holidays if you wish to protect your finances. THEY ARE FRAUD COMPANY.
