Received this email from Peachmode for a return placed for the said order:

As per your recent request placed for return, the online store credit has been added to your online Peachmode account. Request you to login and use the store credit for future shopping at Peachmode.

I replied back on the same day with : I do not want a store credit. Please issue bank transfer. I’m happy to share my details or you can courier a chèque for the same amount. Stop harassing your customers.

Today they sent me an email to tell me that the complaint is closed. They have a clear policy on refund and in no email did I mention that I’d like a store credit. It’s not a small amount and they don’t even bother to respond in time.

I’m under so much mental stress for having to deal with them in times where all other ecommerce companies are making sure htat the customer returns.
