I bought a product, which was over-priced and looked like imitation material and zari. They allowed me to exchange it for another but with a higher price. I bought another one, which looks even more pathetic than the first one. Now they say, they will not exchange the product or allow returns. They advertise something and sell something else…Shabby stitching, funny-looking materials, imitation zari, what not!!! an over-priced product with pathetic customer service.

The customer service people out-rightly refused to accept any exchange/return requests. Want to teach them a lesson. Please help me to get the cash back.
