I had purchased a fit wise watch and followed the details mentioned to start charging the device, however the watch is not charging. I have tried multiple times but it just doesn’t start.
I want a refund. I have paid rs 2999/-. How such a huge amount the product provided is not at all worth it. I want to know the refund process and I want a revert to my complaint asap. I have read so many negative reviews about this site still I trusted it and ordered this product. This site is a total scam site and should be banned from selling at they are only scamming people and taking away their money. Kindky take this complaint seriously and provide my refund at the earliest. If I do not get a reply soon I will be filing an FIR against the site. I have paid in cash for this product. I have also mailed them regarding from issue but have not received a reply. There is no number provided where I can connect with a customer care executive to share my concerns. It’s a total fraud site and they have taken my money by providing a fraud product. This is my hard earned money and I want a refund for this product. This is caused me unnecessary mental stress. 2999/- is a big amount to me maybe it’s a small amount for this site. I wonder how many people have be scammed by this site and continue to do so. I had brought this product as a gift for someone but due to this nonsense it has caused me a lot of embarrassment. I hope you look into this seriously and take strict action against this site so that they dont continue to fraud people of their hard earned money. Also to add to this the product does not look like a fresh piece it looks old. There was a paper that came along with the box that said the sensor at the back of the watch has a plastic cover that had to be scratched but there was no plastic cover. I am 100% certain this is a used not working piece that had been provided. Again I am requestimg this complaint is taken seriously and strict action is taken against this site and also my money should be refunded.
