I’ve placed a prepaid order on 20th Jul on Printvenue.com website, which I haven’t received yet (Order code –2050-0820-4842)
Nor have i received timely replies to my mail on their registered mail id or my messages on Facebook.
I have emailed them every single day since 3rd Aug and waited prolonged for their mail or phonecall. They never reply until weeks.
On calling them up, all they say is their office is shifting, they would take another 24 hours or they commit to reply to my mails. I don’t have any idea what are they doing! They aren’t even sending me any tracking related information about my package. Its been over a month now. They haven’t committed any timeline, not even tentive and neither are calling or mailing me to be in touch.
And sharing fake updates about my package.
Moreover, they are refusing a refund the amount even after all of their SLA’s are breached!
The customer service is pathetic!! They don’t deserve to be in a personalized gift service industry when they can’t even contact the customer by themselves . I had to do the calling each time and they had the audacity to say that the delivery would be done in 24 hours or a few days (which has been endless!)
I need my money back! This is very frustrating!
