My name is Dhananjay and i made a transaction of payment of SOL fee of Rs.3376.78/- through debit card where the amount was deducted twice from my bank(Punjab national bank) account dated 02-09-2019 both payment has been accepted by the receiver bank (ICICI BANK) one of them payment refunded against ARN No.17203010024003774623288 stating that the money has been refunded to my account. But still no amount has reflected in my account. And my bank is denying saying that the no amount is present in their pool account. Both the banks are behaving irresponsible and showing no interest in refunding my money. I urge you to look into the matter and do the needful.
