I bought a diamond engagement ring in the year 2018 ( a pair ring) , out of which diamonds started falling. I got it fixed 4 times but it kept on falling again and again, finally 5th time I had to exchange it with another ring. After few months, that ring lost its color and I got it polished, again after few months it lost it color and I had to get it polished. Now again it lost it color and I went to one of your stores to get it exchanged with gold @ 70% value, ( as per the policy written on the back of invoice) and they kept the ring telling me it needs to be evaluated. Now after 5 days I am being told that it cannot be exchanged with gold. It can only be exchanged with diamond. Now the gold prices are higher, after again on that there will be 80% deduction.
This is unacceptable as I feel cheated by the staff making false commitments at the time of purchase.
I just want either my money back or the gold bar again the return.
