Hi,

I have tried many times to make contact with someone from Head Office (+97440226000) in order to change or cancel flights. I live in the UAE and websites blocked, and local phone numbers not working. The longest wait time on an international call was 35 minutes and I gave up being on hold.

In this present situation QA MUST have more staff on duty to take calls. At this point there is no way for me to get in contact with anyone except hope that someone on the many numbers I have tried picks up the phone.

My booking reference is 5JYIUB – In the meantime I have no choice but to keep calling. Is there an email contact I can use to discuss changing my tickets?
