I have been paying cash for very nearly 3 years until 2019 when I completed the remainder of my emi installment for vasai based smaart city venture by rashmi manufacturers. While it should complete in 2019, because of a land contest it stalled out.
When requested the sum to be repaid we were approached to look at different pads which were not to our greatest advantage
Since it has passed so long, it’s very deplorable that we need to ask for our own cash!
