I had booked a 1BHK flat in Vasai East Smart Homes project of Rashmi Realty Builders Pvt. Ltd. Booked a flat in August 2015 but till date they had not started project. At the time of Booking, the builder did not given any idea about permission of Construction & Wet Land Issue. As per MOU the project will be ready in 2018 but now year 2019 has started. I had already paid RS.8, 18, 000/- to Builder. But the Builder said that we didn’t got permission for Construction on Wetland Area.I had also cancelled my MOU for delaying project. Rashmi builders given false commitment for delay my refund amount which is already paid by me. We are totally helpless. We have made many request to the builder but all in vain. Please give us the justice. I have lots of complaints via emails for smart homes project of rashmi builder at vasai. But he is not responding to it.

I am Deepak Thengal ( Retired employee) I had too invested around 17.5L my retirement money in this Smart Homes but till date we have not got any confirmation about the startup of the project from the builder, Request if you could share your contact number, so we can keep each other updated.

I’ve got my money stuck on the same Smaart Homes project in Vasai. It was supposed to finish in 2019 and got stuck due to land issues. When asked for money back, I was shown other flats in which I wasn’t interested.
It’s quite a long time and all my savings are stuck with these people. If there’s any way of recovery kindly keep us posted
I bought a house in 2006 in Vasai, and my experience with Rashmi housing was very great. They helped me by providing a rented apartment free of cost, just because their possesion was delayed. Even today, they are always there to listen to our problems. I think they are really honest, it’s just a bad phase for them. Friend don’t worry, you will get your home or your money back.
Is that so, then please help me to get my money back from Rashmi builder. My 18.50 lac is stuck with them and neither they have started construction nor returning.
