I am one of the affected party in gaurav legend wherein the builder has made false promises. Let’s all get together and approach real estate appellate tribunal for adequate relief under tera. The builder has been going on saying that works will begin soon but has no permissions and approvals from the competent authority. He has not obtained any commencement certificate as yet. The innocent buyers are cheated of their hard money. Strongly demand immediate action. Pls help!!
