We had booked flat with ravi groups / developers in august 2011, paid rs. 8, 13, 170/- with stamp duty paid with registration

In sep 2013, the above mentioned property was demolished by mira bhayandar municipal corporation (Mbmc) citing illegal construction of top 7 floors of 17 story gaurav aster tower.

We made several efforts to reach concern person (Mr. Ravendra, mr. Gaurav and many other people in ravi groups), in return we only received false promises, finally the cancellation deed was made in dec 2016, since my family was in need of money we accepted for cancellation with the return amount of rs 9, 45, 967/-

Its been 1 year since cancellation of flat, after number of follow-ups with concern persons we have received only rs 50, 000/- so far.
