We have booked a flat in 2013 in gaurav discovery G wing malad west and paid a heft sum in 2013 however we have not yet got a apartment from them. we have tried multiple times speaking with them however they keep on giving false promises and keep on avoiding the subject. Need your support for us to move forward and please help us.
we have all paperwork from the builders ready which clearly says the flat will be delivered in 2015 however we are currently at 2017 and still there is no sign of the work being started or even remotely completed.
