I had ordered sony ps3 wireless controller from Rediff, for which they send me the wrong product. After contacting them a lot of time finally they refunded my product amount. They told me that they will refund my courier charges also, for which i have mailed them the scanned receipt copy couple of times. Its been more than one month i have not recieved my courier charges. everytime i call they say that they have loged a complaint and i would get a confirmation mail within 48 hours. Sadly i have not recieved a single mail from them. Kindly look into the matter, as it it very harassing for customers.
