I have ordered (12096194 is the order number) a product through Rediff online shopping on August 21st.Still now I did nt receive this product.Daily I used to call customer care and their reply was – you will be updated with in 24 to 48 hrs.This was continuing for 1 month.They them self don’t know where is the product.Last week I came to know the product has been reversed. When I asked for the refund ,they are giving the same reply.
