Dear Sir/ Madam,

I recharged my prepaid mobile number 9312884846 on 02-09-2017 through PNB net banking and I received the payment receipt and confirmation mail from Reliance Communication. But the Talk Time not credited to my mobile till today. I tried to reach the customer care but in vain. I wrote them many times through mail, but they never got back. For your reference the Invoice is attached from the Reliance Communications.

I request you to please look into this matter and take an appropriate action as soon as possible.
