Dear sir,
i am regular user of reliance gsm since many years. Last week i was using internet in my phone nokia 6303 classic with 2G speed for only 8mins from 10:15pm to 10:23pm according to customer care executive.when i was called on 198 for complaining about the deduction of my balance from 32rs to 0.1paisa. But no one had noted my complain at that time. So i had mailed this issue to president services of Rcom about false dedution which was also be done in past but that was marginal so i don’t complained for that. On 12sep i got a msg from Rcom having my service request no 208793726, and your request will be resolved in the next 3days. But i didn’t get any response on these issue till now.
So kindly please solved this issue and refund my deducted amount to my main balance. My phone is 07677677280.
