Reliance gsm deducted my 3g balance

Yeaterday i recharged of 123 3g pack for reliance in my number 9863537549 and today they deducted it to zero my net balance was 785 mb just after one minute when i chek my net balance is deducted to 0.00 and my main balance also deducted to zero.when i complain customer care they dint respond to me nicely and told me to call back.i tried it so many times but my problem is not solved.i want my net balance back.reliance cheated on me
