I bought Reliance RECONNECT 1.5T inverter split a.c. 3 star on 23 Aug 17. They delivered it next day but the stand for the outdoor unit which I had bought along with it was delivered 4 days later and AC got installed after 7 days. It worked good for next 7 days then I observed the cooling had reduced and the AC would stop running automatically. When I complained, the enginner visited after 2 days and told there might some electrical issue and asked me wait for another 2 days. But the problem continued and again I had to ring up customer care for the problem. Engineer took another 4 days to come and asked that the outdoor unit was fitted wrongly so the AC is having the problem and he shifted it to terrace. Again I had to pay another 2000 for extra wiring. But I said him that cooling is still an issue. But he advised me that it is because of the wheather condition the cooling is slower. Again after 3 days the same problem started and the AC stopped running. Plz don’t buy anything from Reliance digital.
