I had ordered for a nite dress and received incorrect product which is not even matching to my order. Drop mail to them more than 10times bt no response from the team. Google their number and happen to spoke to the team, such an unprofessional people working in their team. One of the boy name PRADEEP asked me to go to google pay and enter details if i need refund. I sense something fishy here so i connected my husband on the same call. And Pradeep denied that he spoke to me about google pay refund and started abusing us. And now he has blocked our number.
I want my refund and will never ever shop from this chutiya website.
