pathetic experience, worst sales Team, no Co-ordination from the CRM team.
I have Booked a flat over here, where sales person Omkar, Lokesh, Masqura were involved during the Transaction of my Payment. During the Transactions of this I have told the sales team clearly that due to any of the reason if my Loan is not approved. I want my Token amount to be Refunded.
Where they agreed, I was forced to pay the Token amount saying that we cannot give you the cost sheet until the Token amount was not paid. Later on I came to know the loan amount which I was expecting did not got sanctioned so I tried to contact the CRM Team about the cancellation. Where they start denying & reverted me this amount is Non-refundable I was completely shocked to hear that.
When I contacted the Sales team & told them the scenario they start to Ignore my calls.
From CRM team a girl name Darshana tells me for the Booking this sales people lie.
If you book from us & the very next day if you come for Cancellation your money won’t be refunded I told her I have paid an advance of Rs. 1 Lac if you want you can deduct some percentage & refund me the balance.
But again she was super rude saying we cannot refund any amount it’s your mistake to pay the Token.
My wife was having a lot of Health issues on the same time after hearing this, showing them the medical papers too.
This shameless people denied to return my money.
Such a Big name @Ruparel.
Hopefully I will get justice here.
