Ruparel Reality company is a cheat. Flat buyers should be aware about it. I made a mistake of making booking in their project Ruparel OPTIMA at Kandivali on 23rd April by paying token advance of Rs.51000. At the time of booking many facts were hidden and I was misdirected. The very important point that it is a SRA PROJECT had been totally hidden from me. Also I realised afterwards that this builder has not completed many projects as promised on the scheduled time. They have even not sent me any documents yet like advance payment receipt, allotment letter etc. I therefore asked for cancellation but builder is refusing to return token advance. They are even avoiding talking to me. I went twice to their office in Matunga to meet Ms Gitanjali Sharma but both times she made me wait for more than an hour but did not meet. I want to warm people about this builder who is absolute untrustworthy. Please do not invest in any project of Ruparel Reality which has already very bad reputation in the market.
