We want complete refund from Ruparel Realty Sky Greens project as we do not wish to go ahead with this project due to financial crisis.
I have one of the mails which is sent to Ruparel CRM Ms.Gitanjali Sharma after recieving her mail that they will deduct the token amount which is 5lakhs and we have paid them 20% of the agreement value with service tax additional.

Dear Faizan,

Firstly I would like to clarify that I had never assured a full refund, but I did say I will try my best to see what I can do for your case.

I have repeatedly informed you and your family to submit the medical documents of your family member who is hospitalised. And as per your assurance, you would give it but you have also failed to do so. So the management and I had no option but to reject the refund. But still I have mentioned that you will receive the refund after deducting your token amount post your flat being sold to someone.

And there is no treachery in it, as we also invest our money forward and if we take refund request from customers, then all customers will ask for refund.

So I hope you understand our decision. We do give you an option to retain your flat if you want so there is no loss of token money.

Dear Geetanjali,

Yes to told us that you will try to get the refund whereas we must get complete refund as
Reason being –
1) I was informed by your sales manager at the time of booking that we will get the complete refund without any deductions, if there is any delay in getting your approvals for the project.
The date for the approvals to be received was given as July Mid at the time of booking but after the date passed we had been given a new date over telephonic conversation with CRM that the approval will come in 2weeks again which dint happen after that we were given a date of August end on mail . So here we are just getting new dates from the day of booking till date. Now there is already a delay of 3months.
2) Now if there is a delay in getting the approvals and while still your company does not have the approvals for this project how can you deduct the token amount. Over and above you don’t even have an escrow account for this project, which means my money is being used by your company and your company is getting interest on that amount since the day of booking which was in June, now I just want complete amount paid to you i.e.20% plus service tax.
3) Now about the person who’s hospitalised . PLEASE understand that every citizen has a RIGHT TO PRIVACY, and we want to maintain our privacy as your company is not doing a charity it is our own hard earned money that we are demanding as refund as we have financial crisis and we don’t want to give any medical or financial document and nobody can force to do so.As your company does not a single approval for this project.

4) I would just say that please have a word with Mr.Milind Ruparel ia am sure he would help us or if you can get him connected to give a complete amount refund .
