I had booked flights tickets from them ,he said he ll b sending tge tickets within 1 hour but he did not send any tickets for next 24 hours ,i asked him for refund the sale man n the owner samer started arguing on me , so i blocked is bank account from wat i had done transaction ,guys please speak up who all hav meet the same situation ,still my amount is not refunded
Hello All,
I am also a victim of cheating done by Sagar trip. We have paid them Rs 70050/- for tour 20 persons of senior citizens In January 2019 and then they themselves cancelled our package without any reason and when asked for refund they are giving different dates and now from one month all their emails and contact numbers are not working so we are not able to trace them. We are based in Ahmedabad and we cant do anything as it they are based in Noida. If any one can please help us to get our money back it will be of great help to us.
Can anyone based Delhi help us to lodge a complaint with Delhi Police or trace there call or verify the address given by them. I am not the only victim, there are so many people cheated and waiting for refund.

even i am a victim of this cheap cheaters. we had booked a trip to goa and as all the above have told , i was asked for more money in the second day after paying 50% initial amount. later , they kept asking us money and never gave us any hotel confirmation. we had asked for cancellation and they told it will take 45 days. i raised it on 23 oct 2018. until now i havent got and today the number is switched off.
Can anyone based Delhi help us to lodge a complaint with Delhi Police or trace there call or verify the address given by them. I am not the only victim, there are so many people cheated and waiting for refund.

You guys are running a racket.. You all are as good as terrorists for your survival you all are doing fraud with other people .with fake commitment and not returning there money.
My Amount is 11680 which not refunded by you all..
Sagar Trip, the worst travel agent I’ve ever faced. I booked a tour package from them and I happened to cancel within hours after making the payment just because of the service and fraud tour package hotel list and itinerary. So i was told only half of the paid amount will be refunded that too after 45 days its been like more than 4 months, I’m yet to receive a refund from them. Whenever I called them over a phone I was told accounts team isn’t available…it will take 3 more days…every week with some or other reasons. fed up with these guys. I don’t know why no one is taking action against them. at least people beware of this travel agent and spam him as much as possible…no one should get betrayed at least.
Even i am waiting for my refund, since 26th Dec 2018, I have done booking for kerala, first they told booking is been done, will send the confirmation of hotel , car and travelling along with invoices once 50% payment done, which I paid, but unable to provide me services and now every week I am following for my refund .i am yet to receive my 11680 Rupees .

This is to informed you that very clearly ,you have blocked our company current account with out any reason ,because you have made the payment 48000 rs for air rtickets but as per the rules of airlines flight charges are flexible which is clearly mentioned in email ,but after that as per the policy you will get your refund .
Now already we have refunded your 30000 rs ouf of 48000 rs , your 18000 amount rest from company side ,
Once the account will be unfreeze immediately we will refund your 18000 rs .
