In Dec-2018, i have booked Honeymoon Trip for Goa in SagarTrip Travel agency.

Initially, They said total Package cost is – Rs.17500.00 and flight charge per person is Rs.8562.00

Asked to pay 50% amount of Total Package cost and full flight charge for couple for booking confirmation and remaining amount after confirmation.

I have paid Rs. 25000.00 on 20-12-2018 as initial payment ( 50% of Rs.17500+ Flight charge for couple).

After 1 day, they asked to pay remaining amount by telling “Third party is asking full amount.tehn only they will conmfirm…)

Then i paid Remaining amount – Rs.7900 and waited for confirmation of trip.
After 2nd day , they said like as this is busy time, third party is asking another Rs.20000 for confirmation.

I suspected after tehy said like this and asked them to cancel the trip and return my Money.

They said “As per company policy, wilo return in 21-45days working days”

But i waited for this much time- Around 90 days. Stil they didnt retirn my amount.

Now their webaite is not coming and mail id also not reachable.

Please help to get back my Amount. They need to refund me Rs.32900 Totally.
