We are a group of 7 members booked our trip to ooty on June-2018. we paid the total of 21000/- as the staff gave us false statements and increased the cost of package we decided to cancel it,they have agreed to refund us back the whole amount with in 45 days. Whenever i call them they give a new date so please give me a way to get my money back
