Hi, Aravinth C here. This is my SEJC REGISTRATION NO: 18464.
I have registered with Sai group on April 1st 2022 and made a payment of Rs1000. Followed to that as discussed paid the amount of RS100000 on 7th April 2022 for the job process of Senior Project Manager in IBM, Poland. After the payment the agreement was signed for 4 months which already ended in August 4th 2022. Not even a single Interview, Nor offer letter or work permit was shared by them in this time period, instead after the agreed agreement date ended, their team asked for a extension around 2 months till September 26th 2022. When trying to reach them on from 26th September to 29th September they didn’t even respond to my calls & after multiple calls on September 30th came with a story to extend till January 2023 which is a total extension nearly for a year. Seeing there simple extension of dates, i decided to cancel the process and get the refund and initiated the cancellation mail on September 30th to Sai education and job consultancy as per their refund process, they simply responded will refund as soon as possible but still they have not yet refunded the amount of RS101000.
I do have a medical emergency and this Sai Consultancy is just delaying without refunding the amount which i have paid. Need help as i am requesting Sai Organization to provide my refund of RS101000 before 14th October 2022
