This is in regards to the refund requested from Sai Consultancy for the fees paid of 1 Lakh and 1, 000 paid for registration.
I registered with Sai Consultancy for their employment services in Sep 2023. They promised to provide me a job in Singapore in 3-4 months. After 4 months they asked me to wait for another 3 months saying there is recession going on and also the government is not approving passes. I trusted them and waited for 3 more months, now they are asking to wait for 3 more months citing some lame excuses. After that I decided to ask for refund and sent them a mail requesting for refund on 4th April 2024. Since I didn’t receive refund for 3 months I raised a complaint and they paid me 50k on June 25th.
I have been following up for the remaining amount, they said wait for a week, then postpone it saying wait for 15 more days and making fake promises of returning the money. And now they are not even answering my call. I am urgently in need of money.

Due to some internal circumstances, we couldn’t complete the job process in the committed span period.
We have informed the status and you had continued the job process. After prolonging the days lack of patience, as per terms and conditions you have applied the cancellation and refund amount. We have considered your case and followed the payment with the concern party. You have applied for the third-party job process. So, the cancellation process got delayed.
We have a pure intention to return your processing charges. Please respect our intention, If, we couldn’t provide the job at least we will refund the payment to the candidates.
We have refunded your processing charges fully.
We are providing job placements and maintain the proper records for all. But some cases get delay (or) couldn’t provide the job placements
In our Sai Groups of Organization SGO – started from 2010 onwards, Upon the receipt of your reviews and concerns, we are not the Consultants people who have indulged in these type business strategies and spoofing the clients valuable Money and their time limits.
