My name is Reddy Bhaskar, and I’m from Tirupati. I signed up with Sai Education Consulting for a position as an IBM Finance Analyst, and on April 8th, 2022, they took $50,000 from me without providing a job offer or setting up an interview, wasting a year of my time. They had promised to do so within three months, but instead took a year and kept saying things like “next month, next month,” and I had put a lot of trust in them.
I canceled the job process and confirmed the refund on April 6th, 2023, and they assured me there would be no delay and that the process would take 3 to 4 weeks. However, I haven’t received my money by that date, and they again delayed the refund. They called me today and said I would get my money on May 25th, 2023. Now that they have my money, I will wait and give them one last chance, but if they refuse, I will file a case against them, send them legal notices, and publicize what they are doing. I have all the evidence. My invoice is 2954.
