Hi, my name is G. Karthik, and my bill number is 1828. I applied for a job through Sai Education and Job Consultancy on 08/05/2023. Initially they said within 2 months they would provide the job, but they are not providing the job and not refunding the amount of 51, 000 (50, 000 job + 1, 000 registration). A representative named Princy every two months provided false statements due to delays from the company HR side, even though she is not scheduling a single interview. Before making the payment in August 2023, I was continuously getting calls from Sai Education. After I made the payment, no one called and did not respond to my call. However, once the payment was made, their behavior changed completely. If I go directly and inform about my family situation and request about my job, it will almost complete 1 and a half years, just Princy answering we will not get any response for that company HR side.
Regrettably, I have not yet to receive any communication or refund from them. They keep on telling me they will update you soon, but no updates have been given, and no one has contacted me.
I demand an immediate refund of ₹50, 000 + ₹1, 000 registration, which was wrongfully collected from me, along with compensation for the mental stress, health issues, and financial hardship caused by their false behavior.
