Dear Sir,

SUB: Complaint for deducting Rs. 2218.00 against ICICI Lombard Policy.

Ref. No.: Credit Card No.: 4377-4856-5523-6768

I am holding above mentioned Credit Card of SBI and on 02.08.2017 i found unauthorised transaction of Rs. 2218.00 which has been deducted against ICICI Lombard General Insurance.

I would like to inform you that this is unauthorised transaction and i haven’t taken any policy as such. I have already launched this on your toll free number under Ref. No.: 123634214104 on 26.08.2017 and filled transaction dispute form as well but till today I haven’t received any positive response.

Till today I haven’t received any documentary proofs of this transaction from you side and ICICI Loambard is not in a position to show me the Insurance Policy too.

In this case, i strongly believe that there is some big fraud has happened with me from both the organisation i.e SBI Credit Card as well as ICICI Loambard.

Hence, now i request you to kindly look in the above matter and provide me documentary proof of above transaction OR else kindly credit my deducted amount with interest (Which generally SBI charges to their customer on balance outstanding) in my credit card account.
