I have booked flat in july 2011 and I have given all payment at time 90 payment paid to builder from so many reminder and phone call messages send to official excutive . But they have so many excuses given But last month I have received regarding flat they demanding my pending payment 10percent .then I told them give me my compensation of two year due to agreement 3 Rs per feet monthly multifly 700 sq feet flat . But they refuse N ow what should I do .
