Hi friends, SBP made the same March2013 Possession promise to me. Its March2015 now, even now the dream seems way away from reality. Also the quality of material and work is much lower than we expected . We all need to get united to take actions.
Pl note that flat has been booked in 2011 feb in sbp homes, sec 126 and they have committed in agreemenet the possession will be on or before 31/3/2013 but still no possession is there and i have paid 90% of the total payment and moreover not agreeing to pay the penality also
they promised me the possession in March 2013 and till date there are only walls constructed. They are not ready to pay the penalty or even not ready to buy back the flat. Please suggest the way to sue them. Also let us connect all and do some meeting and take some better decision.
