I am also the sufferer. I had booked flat of 1540 sq ft in Feb 2012, was to get possession in Jun’13 but still not been given. I have paid 90% value of flat. Now 4 days back got possession offer letter demanding rest of 10% money with other security and 2 yrs advance maint. charges. But this is another game which SBP started playing. Just to collect remaining money they have started sending such invalid possession letters, whereas flats are far-far behind than the final stage.
