I think more than 70% customers, including me, booked their flat before 2014 and SBP group has still not started giving possession even after a lapse of more than three years after promised date. This is a fit time for filing a common application in consumer forum by giving a notice of 3 months to the developer to complete the construction work on war level. United action will certainly open the eyes of builder.
Same with me, they promised possession on June 2013 and even after giving 90% payment no possession no delay compensation. I had filed their complaint in State Commission and court give them order to refund full amount with interest and harassment. But they are denying court order and now builder file appeal in National Commission Delhi and claimed that they have already complete this project and offer possession to allottees. In this case all SBP Homes ext 3 flat buyers should pack their bag and shift in to flats (ridiculous). As officially on paper they have given possession and they are claiming this in National Commission Delhi court. Court will decide this in next hearings.
