This was my first and list mistake that i have order online 2 apple mobile 14 pro from sharafDG, i canceled the order on 19-10-22 but still did not receive my money back which is 9221/AED and doing follow up every day over the phone, emails and social media on phone they pick call and just says sir. wait sometime we are working on it but on email they do not bother themselves to respond, however all my tries are in vain.
i am very Disappointed with their service and customer care team, i think there is no one who look after.
my money is being used for other purpose since 8 days i have no way to complaint Unfortunately
